“We own an old farm house, originally built in 1890 and added onto over the years. We outgrew the house and there were a couple of things that we just didn't like about it after living in it for 20 years. We hired Ben from BBC Builders to help us with an addition to accommodate our space issues and the "problem" areas. After checking out our existing floor plan and listening to our desires, Ben came up with a idea to take care of everything. He created an upstairs to accommodate all four bedrooms with walk in closets, adding two full bathrooms and a linen closet. Within our existing floor plan, Ben moved our laundry so that when people enter our house the laundry is not seen. He also added a laundry chute! The office was moved and now we have a formal dining room. This addition has changed our entire house and we love it. Ben was extremely easy to work with. He is very punctual and organized, keeping the project going with all the subcontractors.  e have hired contractors over the years and Ben's attention to detail is above and beyond our expectations.
